I can’t recommend Catherine highly enough! I was struggling with sciatica, low energy, and frustration when she took time to understand my situation, create a personalised plan, and guide me through exercises that were safe and effective. I’ve not only reduced my sciatica pain but also lost weight, built strength, and gained confidence. Catherine’s sessions are challenging but fun, and she explains everything in a way that is informative and empowering. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Catherine. For years I suffered from hypertension, but with the consistent exercise program she designed for me, my blood pressure is now within normal range. Also, due to a job in which I spend many hours sitting, I used to need compression stockings but I no longer wear them, thanks to the strengthening, mobility, and consistency of the training. Because of Catherine’s commitment, professionalism, and care, I have regained wellness, energy, and quality of life.
I’ve been working with Catherine for the last year, with the aim of building up my strength and fitness post abdominal surgery. She’s wonderful to work with; adapting the programmes to meet goals and giving me that gentle push to achieve new goals. I’m feeling so much stronger and always look forward to our weekly sessions. I chose to work with Catherine because she is a similar age to me and I thought she would understand my perimenopausal body better than others. She is great to work with and so knowledgeable about fitness and women’s health.
